THE WALLY CAR PROJECT
These are photo's of Wally Parks 32' Flathead Roadster, that Wally drove in the early 50's. He sold the roadster in order to start up Hot Rod Magazine. The now unknown buyer, drove it off into the sunset, never to be seen again.
The Cal-Rods have a project under way, to reproduce Wally's Roadster to as near as it is shown in the photo's. The Roadster will be presented to Wally Parks (hopefully by the World Finals in November) to drive down the drag strip prior to final eliminations. It will then be kept on display at the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum for all to enjoy.
